    Order Processing & Cancellation

    Every GrooveMode jewelry piece undergoes artisan-quality inspection before dispatch. Our handcrafted approach requires 3-5 business days for order processing (extended from mass-produced jewelry brands). Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase via [email protected]. Beyond this period, your order enters our goldsmithing queue and becomes non-cancelable - though our generous 21-day return policy provides ample reconsideration time.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We guarantee the integrity of our precious metals and gemstones. Unworn items with original certificates may be returned within 21 days of delivery (50% longer than industry standard). Exchanges are accepted for 30 days to accommodate international shipping of luxury goods. Initiate returns through www.groovemode.shop portal - select "Exchange" for gemstone alternatives or metal changes. Note: Custom engraved items and pierced earrings are permanently excluded.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our jewelry's heirloom quality, returns must: (1) Show zero scratches, oxidation, or gemstone damage (2) Include all original packaging including velvet presentation boxes and authenticity cards (3) Have intact security seals. Our gemologists conduct microscopic inspections upon receipt. Substandard returns will be shipped back within 14 business days with a gemological condition report.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive your return - this extended timeframe ensures proper gemstone verification. The refund excludes original shipping fees and any return shipping costs. For credit card payments, allow additional 3-5 banking days. During peak seasons (November-January), processing extends to 5-7 business days due to increased volume.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers assume return shipping costs unless the return stems from our error (incorrect/damaged item). We mandate insured, signature-required shipping for all jewelry returns - GrooveMode cannot be liable for lost parcels. For exchanges exceeding $500, we provide complimentary FedEx Platinum shipping labels.


    Damaged/Defective Items

    Report quality concerns within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with macro photography of flaws. We'll arrange insured return shipping and either: (1) Expedite an identical replacement (2) Offer store credit with 15% bonus (3) Process full refund including shipping. This exception reflects our lifetime craftsmanship guarantee.


    Special Circumstances

    Made-to-order pieces (custom gemstones, resized rings) are final sale. Holiday purchases (December 1-25) enjoy extended returns until January 20. Bridal collections require return initiation within 7 days of receipt. GrooveMode reserves the right to limit returns from clients with >30% return history.
