All international shipments include prepaid VAT/GST for EU/UK/Australia orders over $300. For other destinations, customers are responsible for applicable duties/taxes. Unclaimed parcels incur a $15 restocking fee plus return shipping charges. We recommend consulting your local customs office before ordering high-value jewelry items.
Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries. Three delivery attempts will be made before items return to our facility. Reshipment fees apply ($20 domestic/$50 international). For security reasons, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
